Our Commitment

Island Career Academy is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control software, or screen magnification. We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our site.

Conformance Status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Where we fall short of this standard, we are actively working to address those gaps.

Technical Specifications

This website is built with React and relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We are working to improve its compatibility with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, high-contrast display settings, and browser-level text scaling.

We are aware that some areas of the site may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. We are in the process of identifying and resolving these issues. If you encounter a specific barrier that is not mentioned here, please let us know using the contact details below.
