Admission Requirements
Here's what you'll typically need to enrol at Island Career Academy.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Completed application form
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Proof of Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status (for funded programs)
In addition to the requirements above:
- Vulnerable Sector Check (criminal record check)
- Up-to-date immunization record
- Current CPR / First Aid certification (some programs)
- Medical clearance where required by practicum sites
