Support residents with daily living skills, community outings, personal care, and achieving their individual goals in a home-like setting.
Work alongside mental health professionals to support clients living with psychiatric conditions, helping them build independence and resilience.

Eligibility Requirements
Nova Scotia Residency
Must be a resident of Nova Scotia for at least 12 months
