    Student Complaint Resolution Process

    Use this form to file an official complaint regarding bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any concerns related to policies or procedures at Island Career Academy.

    How to Submit Your Complaint:

    1. Download and print the complaint form below
    2. Complete all sections with detailed information
    3. Sign and date the form
    4. Submit to the Administrative Assistant who will date stamp and deliver it to the Human Resource Manager
    What Happens Next?

    Resolution Meeting

    The Human Resource Manager will determine if in-person meetings are required or if the matter can be resolved via email/phone correspondence within 7 business days.

    Appeal Process

    If a resolution is not mutually agreed upon, you may file an appeal within 5 days. The appeal will be handled by the College President for a final decision.

    External Mediation

    If unable to reach a resolution, the Director of Private Career Colleges may be contacted to act as a mediator.
